Posture Safety Monitoring System Solution
Posture Safety Monitoring System Solution
Overview:
Built on an IoT management cloud platform, this solution innovatively adopts a unified IoT foundation. It leverages IoT and big data analytics for real-time monitoring and alerting of equipment operating conditions across various application scenarios, with data retention for alerts. By integrating self-developed posture tilt sensors, the system processes data at the edge and performs intelligent analysis before transmitting it via a self-developed smart communication gateway using wireless communication to the IoT management cloud platform. This integrated management and comprehensive governance approach is a first-of-its-kind application in the domestic market, representing a leading technology in the industry.
Advantages of the Posture Safety Monitoring System Solution:
When the posture sensor exceeds the set threshold (configurable range), it automatically sends an alert to the central communication node. The central node captures real-time on-site images and transmits them to the cloud platform. The system supports intelligent cluster processing of information from multiple sensors, as well as wireless communication and remote management.
OUR PROJECTS
Shanghai Subway
Designed to meet the inspection and maintenance needs of subway line facilities, this system monitors the status of distribution cabinets, various boxes within subway tunnels, signage, and other infrastructure. It detects abnormal conditions such as box drops, providing timely warnings to ensure the safe operation of vehicles and the subway within tunnels. During the project’s operation, 500 data collection nodes and 80 central nodes have been successfully installed, with the system operating stably for 4 years.
Wuxi Iron Tower
Tailored for the safe operation and monitoring of communication tower stations, this system uses high-precision industrial-grade posture monitoring devices to continuously track the tilt and amplitude frequency of communication towers. It assesses the impact of gravity and external forces in real time, analyzing data at the front end to evaluate the normal and reliable operation of communication towers. The system integrates with an IoT-based management cloud platform, which analyzes posture monitoring data trends and issues multi-channel pre-warnings for towers exceeding thresholds, guiding maintenance and preventing incidents such as tilting, “rubber bending,” or tower collapses. This provides decision-making support for tower safety operations. To date, 500 sensor collection nodes and 170 central nodes have been installed, with the system running stably for nearly 1 year.
