Home Decoration PP-R Water Pipe
Product Introduction:
Our premium home installation PP-R water supply pipes are manufactured in strict compliance with the ISO 9001 quality management system, meeting the high standards of GB/T 18742.1, GB/T 18742.2, GB/T 18742.3, and the GB/T 17219 hygiene standards, as well as the health and safety evaluation regulations set by the National Health Department. PP-R pipes are widely adopted in developed countries as a next-generation piping solution.
Utilizing homogeneous fusion welding technology for both cold and hot water distribution systems, they offer superior technical performance and cost-efficiency compared to traditional piping materials. Their exceptional hygienic properties ensure compliance with the highest health and environmental standards—from production and usage to disposal and recycling.
Product Features:
- Hygienic & Chemically Inert – Green Building Material: PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) is an olefin-based material composed solely of carbon and hydrogen, ensuring reliable sanitary performance.
- Easy & Reliable Installation: Homogeneous heat-fusion joints enable quick, secure connections, significantly reducing installation time.
- Thermal Insulation & Energy Efficiency: Low thermal conductivity (0.24 W/m·K), just 1/200th of metal pipes, minimizes heat loss in hot-water systems.
- Lightweight & High Specific Strength: Density ≈ 1/8th of steel pipes; excels in pressure resistance, toughness, and impact performance.
- Smooth Interior/Exterior Walls – Low Flow Resistance: Reduced hydraulic friction lowers pumping energy consumption in fluid systems.
- High Heat Resistance: Continuous service: 70°C; short-term tolerance: 95°C.
- Corrosion & Scale Resistant: Eliminates pipe clogging and prevents rust stains in sinks/bathtubs.
- Long Service Life: 50+ years under normal operating conditions.
Product Applications:
- Cold and hot water pipeline systems within buildings, including central heating systems.
- Building heating systems, including floor, wall panel heating, and radiant heating systems.
- Direct drinking pure water supply systems.
- Central (centralized) air conditioning systems.
